Mini version of MyAir app

I have two grips about this app. 1. Why doesn’t this app have the same features as the MyAir app aka reports, history, I’d like to see my progress so I can adjust how I am sleeping or sleep longer. 2. Why can’t I have both my airsense10 and my AirMini data be tracked on the same account. This is a BIG failure on the app developer and ResMed for not being forward thinking. Everyone wants to see their progress on one document. All the AirMini is just shy of $1,000 and the airsense 10 is about $1200. That’s a lot of money pour a little of the earnings into the app fund. RESMED I hope you are reading this!! Hear what the people want and then deliver.

This is the worst implementation of Bluetooth I have ever seen in my 30 years of technology career Don’t know who’s ideas lead to this multi faceted failure but they should be fired

Doesn’t share data

Setup and use is no problem. The data isn’t shared with the ResMed myAir app that doctors monitor. The Air Mini is designed to be used temporarily while traveling. It only makes sense that the usage data would flow over to the myAir app so a doctor can monitor it. So now they just see gaps in your usage. Nice.

Useless app does not work!!

This app is completely useless!! I have only been able to upload my data once, the first night I used my machine. I love my air mini, it would be really nice if the app would actually work! I’ve tried deleting it and uploading it again with no success. This app is completely useless!

Bluetooth issues

Can never get connected to Bluetooth. Therefore never any data. Otherwise a great traveling machine.

Can’t view reports

I use an AirSense 10 at home and can view, download and print my reports at home (which are required for my DOT physicals) but this app and machine not only won’t combine the reports from my AirSense 10 and the AirMini, I also can’t even view my reports on the AirMini. I have to go to a CPAP supplier who has the software to download the report then print it and take to my doctor. That’s exactly how it was done years ago and was very inconvenient especially when the supplier is 40 minutes away. I never would have bought the Mini had I known they “dumbed down” their software and would have just traveled with my home machine.

Faulty Bluetooth connection

This worked fine but then the Bluetooth connection failed and it’s been a real battle to re establish a connection The same thing has happened with my DreamMapper machine at home Please fix this guys!!!

Ok, but data and app need work

Why can’t we sync both air mini (Travel Device) and my airsense 10 (home device). This would allow for a entire picture of sleep. Second, when will you sync with Apple health? It would be great to have all sleep data in one spot with all other medical information. The air mini is a great travel device, not a quite as the air sense but close.
