Time Zone Flaw

Purchased the Resmed AirMini to complement my Resmed Airsense 10. After years of lugging a full size CPAP on my travels I wanted something more compact. While I am happy with the AirMini’s performance the App software fails to accurately record time usage after changing Time Zones.
Bluetooth buggy from machine

I have the latest iPhone X. I got through initial setup of the app with no issue but each day when I want to see the data Bluetooth will not connect either via app or iPhone Bluetooth menu whether I press the blue button and make it blink or not or whether I turn on therapy or not. However it connects immediately if I unplug and replicate the unit. There is a bug in the ResMed unit software/firmware itself.
Please update app to stay connected

It is so very frustrating to have to unplug the machine and plug back in to reconnect every few days. Why can’t this be fixed?

Yes, the iPhone synch process is frustrating. I thought I’d followed all of the steps properly and still came up firing blanks. I tried the plug/unplug, deletion of the app and re-installation, deletion of the app again and then a cold phone reset, and then re-installed the app. I also tried a few more things and was thinking of vodka, when all of a sudden, the registration request popped up. I entered the 4 numbers and was good to go. Next issue: If you, like most of us, bought this online, your Rx settings aren’t programmed. There are YouTube videos that show you how to change from auto to to your Rx, It’s done through the phone, takes a minute and you may sleep blissfully at home, aloft (if you can find the !##**!! Plug at the seat. Sweet dreams

I don’t understand why this app doesn’t connect to my MyAir account so that all my results from regular AirSense 10 and my AirMini can be tracked in one place. And neither the AirMini app or the MyAir app connect with AppleHealth.

Overall as a CPAP user I love the experience. A few glitches with the app but nothing material.
App doesn’t allow data download

App doesn’t allow data download to show usage compliance and to share with your healthcare provider. Data gets uploaded to the cloud and disappears. Email from ResMed says that data is available to my healthcare provider after upload. Not true. I’ve uploaded all of my usage data and none of it can be found. I’ve tried calling ResMed and no one answers.
Not stopping after removing mask

All works as expected except that when removing the mask from nose, it does not stop. It used to do this until 3 days ago. Resetted, recalibrated - no luck Why? Maybe an update in the app caused this bug?
