Setting this up is a horrible experience. I do not have the mask they say I should use. Then after hrs trying to connect the humidifier with warm air like my humidifier on the regular air 10 . I was then told any mask would work with this machine. Why don’t they tell you this??? I am still missing a few parts that were said in the set up. Now I have to contact the company. Should be much easier to set up and work!!!

App does not work.

The app has to be re-installed frequently and the Bluetooth connection is often lost.

Sad to see so many bad reviews. That alone almost swayed me from buying the mini. Turns out app is solid. Machine is good.

Machine is great but not the app

My app will not upload data. I have to delete it from my iPhone X then reload it and go through set up. It just can’t find my phone twice. Very frustrating. Wish it did work. I love my air mini machine. Have changed it to my daily use machine.

I rarely write reviews here, but this machine/app combo deserve a little of bit of a praise. The app is great, it feels like a well thought out software design development. It’s easy to follow step-by-step video walkthrough made reading the machines manual unnecessary. Pros - User interface and machine setup - Ease of use and scored based overall night diagnostic - Lightweight and iPhone/iPad support Cons - Would love to have push notifications reminders to use the mask - Exportable reports to be shared via the iMessage or other mobile friendly apps. - Sync compatibility with my Resmed air sense, it doesn’t really make sense that the nights I travelled are not documented on my air sense 10. Summary - the app/machine combo is the BEST option for to Travelers looking for an easy to use app with a quiet and reliable machine.

Bluetooth is unstable

I don’t know if it’s a device issue or an app issue but once I get out of range of the Bluetooth I can’t re-pair it without unplugging the device and plugging it back in. It’s extremely annoying.

This app is impossible to pair. I have deleted and downloaded the app, unplugged and retorted so many times it is crazy and no luck!!! If I go to settings I can pair with the Airmini but the app will never pair.

Bluetooth flaky. Can’t export data.

Won’t connect to phone over Bluetooth unless you unplug and replug it each time (there is no power switch). Can you trust a medical device maker who can’t master Bluetooth? There’s no way to simply export your data to your smartphone - you need a different app for that and to sign up for resmed’s unsecure cloud storage for your medical data (nope, not going to do that), then you still won’t be able to export your raw data in any useful form. If resmed solved these two issues, the AirMini would be the perfect travel/off-grid solution. The hardware works really well, but this smartphone app is so limited and flawed, it seems like it must be intentional neglect to prop up their other software non-solution.

The my air app directs me this app which doesn’t work with the myAir machine. I miss getting the data. Please fix this.

What happened ?!?!

App was fine. Then asked to upgrade and now I have the Mini app and my previous app doesn’t work (Not the CPAP I have). Needs to be fixed
