Could be great, where are the updates!?

Seriously it’s been more than a year since this app has been updated!!? The connection can be flaky (sometimes requiring power cycles or multiple resets of the app), if you have more than one res med machine (like I do for my wife), you have to unplug one when you need to re-pair because there’s no way to tell which one your talking to, and finally the app, because it hasn’t been updated doesn’t support the iPhone X larger screen. I hope they decide to put a little more effort into the entire product and app but for $50 on Amazon it’s hard to expect much when competing products cost 5 times as much!

I love the S+ and the data it generates. It’s amazing, especially for its price point. But the app is so worthless I’m embarrassed for them. Shouldn’t they at least aim for parity with other alarm clock apps? Why ruin great hardware with such poorly designed software? Such a disappointment; I find myself considering abandoning ResMed for reasons that they could so easily have avoided.

Very buggy. I’m losing sleep trying to get the thing to work every night. Takes a long time to pair every night and sometimes doesn’t pair at all. It’s also lost connection during the night. Won’t record any data if not connected. You’d think for the size of the darn thing it would be able to record by itself. Also the relaxing music and sounds aren’t that relaxing. The ocean wave seems to be just a loop of two waves. Definitely needs some work. But when all goes well it does give me good information on how to improve my sleep.

Love this app for my phone.

This app is amazing. I love the stats I get on my sleep pattern but I just bought the Apple Watch and can't figure out how to get this app working on my watch. If anybody can give me the steps .. I'd be VERY grateful.

Can't sync to machine

I've tried several times and have been unsuccessful getting the app to sync to my c pap. My machine is a newer one and this is one of the features I really looked forward to using. I am able to log into Resmed.com/myAir and obtain information on Safari but an actual working app would be so much better.

As others, I tried this app and was unable to sign in. I contacted ResMed Support and received this response, and warning: Thank you for contacting myAir Support. We do not currently offer a mobile app. However, myAir is mobile responsive and will automatically adjust to fit a smartphone or tablet. myAir supports the following mobile browsers: • Google Chrome for mobile • Safari mobile on iPhone and iPad Please consider uninstalling whatever you have installed as it is not affiliated with myAir.

You don't use this with a CPAP

I just wanted to balance out the one review: you don't use this device with your CPAP, so of course it's not compatible with the AirSense 10. You're looking for a different ResMed app, if that's the case. This isn't rocket science. Look at the description of the app and the picture next time.
