The device is light years better than my other machine. Plus it travels in my carry on. The app - not so much. I had no trouble staying connected prior to upgrading to IOS 11. Now the device rarely stays paired. As others have stated, settings show the device paired but it’s not. Repeatedly trying to pair after a hard restart of the phone or opening and closing the app does not help. The developers need to take a look and fix this.

For the past week, the app has been insisting I upgrade to an inexistant version, rendering this app useless since once cannot bypass the screen. Programmers, please don’t do this! You know there are hurdles in the way, so allow us to close the message screen and use the product!

The air Mini has an upgrade that renders the ap useless and doesn't let you go further . Any ideas on how to bypass this situation. Been going on for 2 weeks

Can’t use the app because of a dead end code that says must upgrade. But no upgrade to be had. The machine works great. Have had it for 2-3 months. Can’t remember exactly, but if I could open the app.....

You want me to update and then you won’t let me. What gives? Also how can I download date for the insurance company.

Keeps asking for me to update the app, which i have set on auto update. Also cannot get past the update screen. Not good!

When it works it provides very little data and doesn’t support export of the data. However for the last week the app hasn’t worked, insisting that it be updated even though it is up to date. Close to a useless app.

Both this app for the ResMed AirMini and the myAir app for the ResMed 10 provide incorrect analysis and are therefore useless. In addition, the data reported by these apps is not available for download, so there’s no way to get a correct analysis in some other way. The problem is that these apps report numbers of device usage hours wildly at odds with reality. It seems to get confused with naps and sleep nights that start too early or too late (for shift work for example). Alternatively, it may be getting confused about time zones. In any case the reported number of usage hours rarely corresponds to reality. I suspect the developer gave up on coming up with an algorithm to correctly determine when nights are and which nights should naps apply to (which is easy enough for a human to determine when looking at the data), though the problem may lie elsewhere. This app may work if you always go to sleep before midnight, always get up before noon, and don’t take naps. Otherwise, you’ve just spent a thousand or so dollars on a good machine with bad software. Unfortunate.
Green and ready to go
How hard can it be to fix this app so it can be used? It’s been over a week now that it has not worked.

Cpap works great but can’t connect to smartphones, keeps telling me app needs upgrade and tech support keeps stalling.
