Not finding bank ABA and support is terrible – Acorns: Invest Spare Change Review
As if continually having my bank’s ABA rejected, it was just as frustrating to reach out for help, or to get any explanation, to receive an email explaining how to link my bank account. That’s not the problem (as I explained)...I know how to it, it’s the app continually telling me the bank is not found(????). Not sure why every bill pay and other investment apps find my bank but this one doesn’t. I’m giving it one star because, at least for me, it’s impossible to get started and use.
