Glitchy and had to abandon use

I know you need to collect as much data as possible to get the best results however, the length of these questionnaires exceed my personal time frame to participate. I wish they could be structured not to exceed 3 minutes.

I’ve used this app extensively for many years. Bought kits for family. I’ve used all the comprehensive reports that app provides. Started as novelty DNA report years ago, then came lawsuits and most of the reports had to be hidden due to regulations and compliance. Then came increase in fees and reductions in further reports available to view. Finally additional fees to upgrade to latest chip info, to get some more useless information. This is for entertainment purposes only, any proven medical tests that you could get with your healthcare provider. It’s a good gift, just don’t expect any insights about your profile.

Nice All - but needs landscape mode on iPad

Overall a nice all, looks good and easy to use. It could use a bit more pizzazz, perhaps, but it gets the job done. I am pleased an iPad native version finally showed up. However, it only supports portrait orientation. Those of us with an iPad Pro and a keyboard frequently use landscape orientation. Using this app forces users to stop, fold their keyboards away, and rotate the iPad. It is stupid and very bad UX.
