I enjoy getting a new email from 23&Me bc there’s always something to learn about me. Whether it’s a link to a distant cousin, survey’s to take to help learn more about you or DNA results for genetic markers that can inform you of health factors that could contribute to your now or think about the future of your health. I can enjoy this app and share information with my family about my family that they didn’t know about. Have fun and enjoy.
Idea
Not a Demorat
Please create a community blogging feature/social network that lets us communicate with relatives publicly. Anyone who is related to a user should be automatically added to their social network. This would drastically increase activity. I also find it too difficult to navigate to private messaging. This is also too personal of a method for two strangers to chat about relatives they might share. Do this and watch your business grow tenfold. You’re welcome.

It’s nice info and the app is pretty good. I just wish they wouldn’t keep asking me to test my father and have a big “+ dad” thing. My father is no longer with us and it just reminds me of that. Also not great for people who are on there precisely because they don’t know their father.

The site is ok, but I have a subscription due,but can’t find anyway to cancel. I’ve tried calling,chat and waiting for email response to cancel the subscription I never had any reason to use. Waste of money.
