Access from some countries and language support

The application is not accessible from Peru, for customers that are in the US. Additionally, there are no versions on other languages. If this service is oriented to add genome data worldwide, it should be widely available.

The app is a little overwhelming because it offers so much information and opportunities to take surveys. I really like it. Fascinating!

Predatory subscription strategy

To users who barely use this app and don't realize there is an annual subscription in which 23andme takes $29 from you after a year. Accidentally forgot to cancel your subscription? Welp, tough luck, apparently. They're not going to refund that. I found this out and now I will tell everyone to go elsewhere. I was going to have my entire family use 23andme. Now, we're going elsewhere. I'm glad my company stopped selling their kits.

Terrible app and website

Registering a new kit is frustrating. You start in the app and then have to go to the website. After digging past loads of ads, you finally find a register link, but only after going round and round many times was I able to get it to work. So far I can find no way to register a second kit. I have little confidence in this company.
