This is an utter failure. The app locks partially registered with the worthless error message in the title. That error message during registration should have triggered an app rejection. Fix your problems. This level of failure in what should be a simple process makes me believe you are too incompetent to be trusted with the intimate data you keep on your customers.

Really cool info! My dad died young so we didn’t know much about his side. This test helped fill in some of the blanks.

I couldn’t get the app to let me log in even after 3 updates. I contacted customer support and their solution was to use the computer version of the website. No bug report, nothing. The product is good but the mobile app is disappointing.

App will not complete the setup. Can’t even register the kit I just paid for... it get to the privacy acceptance page and just hangs up. Garbage!
