No iPad App!!!

I started out using the app for iPad. There were two updates and now there is no app for iPad! So now I have NO access to my results! Not happy ??
Want to give 5 stars but...

Your app hasn’t worked properly for me for over 4 months, every time I try to log into my account on the app I get an error message saying “Oops. Something isn’t right” then it tells me either to use the website or to try again later... a fix to this would be great!

No iPad app. As an aside, it’s pretty frustrating that the wonderfully functional and user friendly website suggests that I download this app—which is a much worse user experience. I hate single-purpose, storage-bloating, ill-conceived apps. Down with this sort of thing!

My wife and I have been very satisfied with the service and information 23andMe provided us and with the periodic updates. We were given information about our heritage that verified what we thought we knew and we were both presented with several fascinating surprises.

Why can’t you include international customers?

What is the reason for this app to not display customer profile/reports for international customers? I have a US iTunes account, got the reports back online - but I can’t login to this app and see my results. Why?!? What possible barrier is there to display existing 23 and me reports in the app, regardless if I’m from Canada...

I Open the app..”we made the app better... go to App Store and download” I downloaded it. I open the app again and it says the same thing “We made the app better ...go to App Store ..” it takes me to the app store I click open app Again “We made the app better” takes me back to the App Store. I shut off my phone 3 x. Same thing. Maybe I’m crazy but I think it was better when I could have actually use it. Is Mercury still in Retrograde ? ?
