No receipt, difficult to contact customer service

My title says it all. It seems an obvious oversight from otherwise a nice app and company. Making the receipt available in the app shouldn’t be too hard, right? When I try to contact customer service in the app, it was hard and eventually the process was interrupted and I lost all the entered info. It seems that the process is designed to discourage contacting the company. I did give up contacting the company because of the difficulties in the process.
I would not recommend having them deliver

They started making my food at 4:00 and it is now 5:20 and they haven’t even started on delivering it

This app is one of the worst. Takes forever for page to load so I can scroll to the items I want, wouldn’t store credit card info and had to reload all info twice!
Need to allow tipping in payment

Please add the following: 1. Ability to actually SEE local coupons! They are cut off at the bottom of the coupon page. 2. Ability to go easily BACK to the main menu from anywhere in the app. A simple method, please! Not the current convoluted method. 3. Ability to actually SEE my special delivery instructions while I type them! They are concealed by my iPad’s keyboard. (Using iOS 15.) Also, my instructions are rarely saved between sessions.
Nasty surprises, have to fix order multiple times

App does a good job of showing pizza as you build it. It does a poor job of saving/retrieving favorites. It does an awful job of having surprise price changes that only show up when you review the cart. Oh, well I guess I’ll fix THAT one too. I thought I knew what I was ordering - it seemed so simple when I was reading the coupon and adding the items. This last bit is a real PITA. Good thing the pizza is competitive.

I would like to see an area to add extras, there is no place to order like extra mushrooms on a Philly cheese steak. If you have the normal button it only goes to light or none?
