Good until I moved
Subdued the
The app was great until I moved into a new house. Now when I try to order, the app automatically picks a store that doesn’t deliver to my address, and as far as I know, (I’m pretty sure I do know because I’ve been trying to get this to work for a while), there’s no way to pick the correct store location. It would be great if there were an option to pick which location you want to deliver from.

The app has suddenly started sending the store the wrong order. I order one thing, and it shows up missing items on their end - The item stickers on the food boxes are different from what my receipt says despite being provably the same order, proving the store is getting the wrong order and it isn’t just the employees messing up. This causes needless stress on me - and especially on the employees, as they followed what the system told them to make, but it’s not what I told it I wanted. This needs to be fixed ASAP or I’ll have to stop using the app entirely.

I don’t know if it’s the location I ordered at or what, but this app failed miserably. It failed to send my order twice, then couldn’t read the card, then once it sent the order in, five minutes later it said my order was cancelled. This also happened twice. I tried calling the dominos location and I was on hold for 30 minutes before giving up and ordering little Caesars. Really disappointed in Dominoes
Needs a place to Add Tip

It would be nice since this is supposed to be contactless delivery if there was an option to leave a tip. Instead I have to wait for the driver to sign the receipt and add before they pull away.

This app is extremely easy to use and makes ordering a breeze. My only complaint is that there isn’t a way to add a tip for the driver. We don’t always have cash on hand and sometimes they don’t have the receipt or a pen so you can’t give them a tip. PLEASE ADD AN OPTION TO GIVE A TIP. Second change would be to change the color of the text to something other then white because it can be pretty difficult to read with the various eye conditions. A larger font and a different color can really make a difference and allow the customer to see everything clearly. Fix those things and I would give you 10 stars.

I tried uninstalling the app and installing it about five times and it still doesn’t work

It never lets me sign in and is trash. Pizza Hut or Papa Johns are significantly better

A couple weeks ago, I noticed the app would time out and not open, tried again today and it’s the same problem but with just infinite loading. Had my roommate open on his phone (on and off wifi) and it just loads indefinitely without ever opening. Will fix update review when problem is solved.
