In an effort to make it cool they lost intuitiveness. Once you figure it out it’s easy to use.
What about a tip?!

This app suddenly stopped allowing us to tip with our payment. It is very inconvenient to come up with cash or sign a receipt to tip in person, which defeats the purpose of contactless delivery. Whatever you did, fix it. These delivery drivers deserve their tips!
Still no way to add a tip

I stopped ordering for quite a while because the food order was never consistent. I’m trying once more and hoping for the best. I still don’t understand how you require contactless delivery and refuse to add a place for a tip for the driver along with the order. To sign and add a tip, there has to be contact. Oh my, such blatant stupidity.
Unbelievably terrible design

Upon checkout, I’m faced with a promo screen that try’s to sell me “8 piece” Buffalo wings. When I literally just ordered “8 piece” Buffalo wings. I did not ask for “16 piece” therefore the promotion is redundant. Redesign your promo screens. This is the kind of boomer stupidity we will not tolerate. Do not make me “tap” more than I need to. Incredibly annoying. If it happens again, I will switch to your competitor.

I work for a company who help people with traumatic brain injuries, rehabilitation programs we have 6 clients here right now and they all order ? on weekends, so far Domino’s delivery always always on time food is hot n fresh, drivers always always polite, trust me if they in anyway are ever horrible to our clients we would not stand for it we are here to assist with their recovery as well protection. So far our clients are treated with respect ✊ Thank you Domino’s
No way to contact a person at dominos

Order all the time. It’s 50/50 i get dipping cups i pay for. Which once or twice is understandable but after years of franchisee not caring and no way to contact an actual person at dominos is pointless. They offer a free medium pizza for messed up orders which is nice. But it would just be nice to have someone care enough to fix a simple problem. One star because there’s really no way to communicate with them and fair assumption is that’s by design.

There needs to be a space on the order form to add a tip, now that everything is contactless! With that, I would rate 5 stars!
