Great food need a place on the order from for special instructions

I love location 2396 Schillinger Rd. S. Suite B, Mobile, AL 36695! The crew is the best and they always make my food on point just like I like. Rather, I pick up or carry out! The whole crew is AMAZING! ??????????

Heavy Handed Marketing

First, even after turning off a the option to say I do not want marketing alerts on my phone, my Sunday afternoon was interrupted with one. After going back in to confirm this setting, I noticed a separate opt out for sharing of information. With most apps, that option is simple check box or yes/no. Dominos has made it unnecessarily difficult. First, even though I am logged into the app and they know my email address, they want me to manually type it. Twice. Then I have to click the check box to confirm I am a human (presumably because they are overwhelmed with bots trying to opt out of having their information shared). Then I have to read a long message carefully to be sure that I answer the Yes/No question accurately. (Yes. I am sure I want to opt out.) Now the real fun begins. I have to wait for an email with a code, which needs to be typed in. (This is called multi-factor authentication, and the idea that it is required to be opted out of information sharing, yet is NOT required for someone using my credit card to order pizza is the best evidence yet of Dominos backwards priorities.) Ah but it gets more interesting. 20 minutes later the email finally arrives. Inside the message warns the code expires in 12 minutes. Sure enough I enter the code as soon as I receive it (yes, I was refreshing my inbox often) - and I receive the message that the code has expired. Unlike other sites and apps that use this approach, the Dominos app doesn’t offer a “resend code” option. Nope. Instead they kick me completely out of the menus and back to the home screen, where my only choice is to repeat everything above. The second time through I receive the email with a few minutes to spare, but still had to wait several minutes knowing I had a small window to see the message and use it. This time I get the code entered and accepted. Then receive some cryptic message indicating the decision will be reflected in my next “visit”, which it then goes on to suggest closing and re-opening the app to start a new visit. After doing so, I find no indication anything is different. I’ve deleted the app and am giving Slice a try next, which lets me patronize my local, independent pizza shops anyway. (No I am not affiliated with them.)

Why I can’t make order? “ The data returned could not be sucefully parsed”. Can you fix that please.

Love this app, only one suggestion— I WANT TO TIP MY DELIVERY DRIVER WHEN I CHECKOUT! I can do this on the phone app but not the iPad app for some reason. This NEEDS to be changed. Otherwise, it’s great.

Is it not tipping?

I love this app, easy to use and always pleasing but when I get charged, my bank account doesn’t have the tip amount included, just the amount for the food. I feel like that this needs to be fixed ASAP.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They told us that they cannot deliver to our house. We live in a very common location. I hope they die in a hole

We really enjoy Domino’s but hate that the “contactless delivery” is not actually contactless. They still make you sign for the order. The app does not allow you to tip before during the transaction. So you have to sign and add tip when they are delivering. Would be nice if early tipping was available so you don’t have to sign for anything.

The app needs more work.

Needs to have option for comments or notes about the order. I.e. - want pizza well done. And needs option to add tip to payment online.
