We have been ordering using the app forever! And today I went to order and it is not allowing me to order a gluten free crust pizza. Pleas bring back the ability to do that, made my life convenient and we spend quite a bit on Dominos all the time.
Great app...with one exception

It's awesome...until you get to the checkout and there's no place to include a tip with your payment. I'm sure a large percentage of customers want to pay for their order with a credit card, and there is no option for this.
Need to be able to tip on app order

Please add where we can tip when we order. Not being able to tip when ordering has to be hurting your drivers.

Dominos pizza used to be one of my favorites until the end of 2021 and today..14January 2022. Two different orders arrived way past the time quoted, one four hours later!),on the website and one today, which also arrived cold‼️‼️ I may be the only person on earth who doesn’t like cold pizza…but, hey… i am paying for it!! I think I will just go to a small pizza place near my work; their pizza taste great & is always delivered hot!! Adios Dominos
Desperately Needs A Proper Refund System

It shouldn't be so hard to get a refund for missing items or subpar pizza, but for some ungodly reason you are only offered coupons. You shouldn't have to take to Twitter to get your money back. Doordash can give credit instantly or refund back to your card within 1-3 days. Why on earth can't one of the largest pizza chains do the same?

…entering credit card info manually is painful. Couldn’t scan my card, for some reason. And I prefer not to store my cc info on yet another company’s server. PLEASE add PayPal and Apple Pay to help with online security. That would earn 5 stars..

This app is not user friendly at all, not to mention too many rules with the coupons. Also, stop with all the up-selling pop ups. Every time I open this app, I go spend money somewhere else instead.
