App doesn’t work half the time

Every time I try to use the app it doesn’t want to work I end up spending an hour trying to order food y’all are going to lose business if issues don’t get fixed

But I can’t order one because the software of this app is horrendous. I’ve never seen so many glitches in a mobile app in the first five minutes of using it. Couldn’t choose my food or add a payment method without the page refreshing for no reason. If it wasn’t doing that, the pop up keyboard would constantly block anything else, like the checkout button. When I finally got that far, the app refused to process my payment. Oh well, at least the Papa John’s app works.

Yes I go and order a medium pizza for about 11 or $12 they charged me $4.50 just to bring it to my house and then I have to tip the driver also I don’t mind doing that but the 450 is ridiculous I don’t have delivery anymore I live right down the street I drive down and get it or order from someone else that’s pretty sad considering they advertise on TV about delivery fees how other people charge them and they’re the ones doing it themselves ?

The only reason I deducted a star is we are unable to add the tip for the delivery driver via the app.

Once you review your order, you can’t add anything (sauces, bread bites, etc)

Whether it’s the persistent popups trying blocking you from accomplishing what you opened the app for in the first place (to order food the way you want it), or the fact that after ordering the app continues to use location services until you fully quit the app, it’s a horrible experience overall. It’s only marginally better than picking up the phone to call and even at that — it’s simply that you don’t have to wait on hold and then pay at the store. Simplify your app and use more limited targeted popups. Users don’t need to bashed over the head with the same “special offers” over and over each time they order. When you spend as many clicks dismissing popups as selecting your food, you’re doing this whole app and marketing thing wrong.

Love the app and use it all the time... the tracker could be improved, though. Just says “on the way” until they knock lol. So you never know when it will arrive. Idk. But great overall.

Very nice to follow progress of our order. But would like to be able to add “tip” to credit card payment when ordering. Contactless delivery makes giving driver a tip unnecessarily difficult.
