No receipt, difficult to contact customer service – Domino's Pizza USA Review
My title says it all. It seems an obvious oversight from otherwise a nice app and company. Making the receipt available in the app shouldn’t be too hard, right? When I try to contact customer service in the app, it was hard and eventually the process was interrupted and I lost all the entered info. It seems that the process is designed to discourage contacting the company. I did give up contacting the company because of the difficulties in the process.
