The app works fairly well, but the underlying data is incomplete, especially when a property spans two or more lots. For example, look at 1932 Williams Ave., Norwood, Ohio 45212. There are two units, which are two houses that are each multiple unit apartment buildings. The listing for this is inaccurate, only showing one building and not including the second building. If you look at the lot diagrams for this location, several lots have no information, even though they are where the houses at 1932 are located. The house at 1934 Williams Ave. has been torn down, but Zillow doesn’t show that. To sum it up, Zillow handles one house on one lot correctly but it can’t handle multiple buildings on multiple lots.

It’s great to see what homes are available to rent, however 9/10 times the homes already have approved applications before getting the chance to view the home. This is frustrating.

I am having problems hiding homes in my search that I am not interested in. I keep gettin an error message - unable to hide search. I need assistance. I reinstalled the app but the error still keeps coming up. Thank you.

Great app. I find the layout more organized. I feel the information is more comprehensive easier and the tools are easier to use.

The best thing about this app has been the school filters. As a mom of 4 buying a house revolves around the schools and neighborhood. The new updates to the school filters are perfect for finding a home exactly where I want my babies to grow up and make friends

This ap is great when it works, but it frequently tells me there are no results, even when I have no filters applied.

It is the most unintuitive app there is. Difficulty stars with to find the place to sign on. Then signing on itself. Password recognition issues. Once you pass that then how to post anything? If you mastered that, then how do you go back and edit your own posting later on? Man Zillow app is the dummest out there. They can learn a lot from the simplicity of Craigslist
