I value knowing two key things when looking at properties on Zillow: 1) number of days on the market and 2) if the property is on FEE land or Leased land. Between the multiple formats it’s inconsistent whether these two items are in the listing detail at all, or if they are, where to find them.

Zillow is a quality way to get a fair estimate.

While fair, it is generally on the low side. My recent sale at 2775 Cordova Way South in 33712 was listed at $223k. David Wing sold our home for $225k. $2,000 higher than the “Zestimate”. David is one of the Best Seller’s Broker. He earns every penny of his half of the 4% Total Capped Commission (2% to each broker). Zillow is awesome and DAVID WING is even better !!!

I feel the property values are inflated excessively in some instances deflated excessively in other instances from my experiences with properties bought and sold. Overall I love Zillow for its information in general.

Really like the map service it provides for the locations you are looking for. Also the options for the search feature allow you to narrow down your choices to the closest place to perfect you can find. 5 stars all day!
