I enjoy looking through Zillow BUT......... many of the house pricing is way off. We sold our house a few months ago and Zillow prices were much higher then what we were able to actually sell our home for. So please don’t believe the prices that is being shown.
Zestimate extremely questionable

I’m giving it a one star because the zestimate for our home has dropped 50k in the last 4 months and is continuing to drop. No rhyme or reason for it. Houses in the area seem to be going up in value, and don’t recall any recent housing crisis causing the market to go down, so there is no reason for this. Would hate to be selling me home right now after this drop and potential buyers pointing to this as a bargaining chip. Not cool.

Site doesn't update quickly enough. There have been several properties that shoe as available, then my realtor says they are not.

I used to love this app, but now I get an email related to every single thing I do. Every morning I have to unsubscribe from all just to stop the insanity. Ready to change apps now.
Just Auctions and No Replies from Agents

Probably the worst app for selling houses. 95% of the time I’m receiving new listings for houses up for auction, even though I haven’t signed up for those notifications, and all I can see are maps of the places where the houses are. No photos or more appropriate listings from a “visually appealing” app. It’s basically like reading a text that houses are up for action in a newspaper with information about their address. I was able to find photos and much more information on other sites that sells houses which asks the question: is Zillow even trying its half-best to sell these houses?!? Why are you even on this market?!? Also, tried to contact an agent twice to get an estimate on my house, still no response. Dead app.
