In our experience the others have been uninterested in anything more than making the sale and moving on. When we decided to go with ReMax all that changed. As soon as we met Kymry Perez we knew she was on our side. We discovered she wanted the very best for us. Selling our home could have been very stressful and at first it was until Kymry came to our aid. She has to be the most knowledgeable and professional agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with. She knew exactly what we had to do to put our home on the market. Her little touches like flowers, lighting and non clutter ideas plus her sacrifices and time were invaluable in the sale. We expected to wait for quite a while to find a buyer. Used to be great, now slow and buggy

First time the App opens doesn’t work. If quit and re-open, then loads fine and works. Updating the screen now takes longer time. This App used to be great but latest updates have either been rushed and/or not properly tested.
Listing issue no where to get help

Love Zillow in general but if u have any issue it’s almost impossible to get customer service through the web site. Can’t email or chat with anyone and don’t see a phone. The web site also really needs some improvement not easy to use at all. Seems like there’s a road block to getting anyone to help u.

When I try to enter an address—I get nothing but pop up ads! For Seattle! Not even close to where I am looking!

This site is the best for home hunting. The gave us the full service from searching for home and view the house in their virtual view of complete home before call the agent for physical visit.
