Multiple lot properties information incomplete – Zillow Real Estate & Rentals Review

The app works fairly well, but the underlying data is incomplete, especially when a property spans two or more lots. For example, look at 1932 Williams Ave., Norwood, Ohio 45212. There are two units, which are two houses that are each multiple unit apartment buildings. The listing for this is inaccurate, only showing one building and not including the second building. If you look at the lot diagrams for this location, several lots have no information, even though they are where the houses at 1932 are located. The house at 1934 Williams Ave. has been torn down, but Zillow doesn’t show that. To sum it up, Zillow handles one house on one lot correctly but it can’t handle multiple buildings on multiple lots.
