It’s okay for simple orders but crashes every time you open your designs, try to edit designs, etc. use the browser instead.

Great customer service, great products. I had to make some changes on my seating chart twice and they accommodated me both times!! This company is phenomenal and the products are wonderful and great quality plus I got a great deal by using a promo codeZ Can’t wait to use them on my wedding day. Thank you Zazzle! I will now be using you for everything.

Horrible Company that will Steal Your Money

This site is not legit. I used this site twice and in both instances had horrible experiences. The last one I was sent the wrong item and was never refunded the money. I contacted customer support several times before they even agreed to refund the purchases. Then, after the money was never refunded, after weeks of reaching out without a response they told me I needed to speak to my financial institution! What is my bank going to do?? They are not responsible for refunding money, they can only verify nothing was deposited, which they have done. This is a disgusting platform, with horrible customer service, that allows people to steal from you. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

I wish I could give this app a better rating because I love the concept of this website and all of the designs on it. I’ve used it for my engagement party invitations and have subscribed to Zazzle Black for free shipping since I will also be using it for my wedding invitations. However, the shipping costs for pieces of paper are absolutely ridiculous if you don’t subscribe to be an exclusive member. I’ve ordered 4 postcard size invitation samples and was charged $15 for shipping which was more than the products themselves, meaning I spent a total of about $23 on 4 postcards…without pictures may I add. I do like that there are often sales, but it still doesn’t make the shipping costs worth it. I’d rather see them reduce shipping costs to a reasonable amount than constantly have sales of 50% off of products that are normally only $2. Also the app itself constantly crashes as soon as you start looking at a product, which can be frustrating when you’re trying to customize something and your edits are lost every time. I can no longer use the app at all. I’ve been using the mobile website.

I’ve been a Zazzle customer for years. I updated the app to the latest version and I have to say I am sorely disappointed! Nothing saves, it takes several tries to upload photos to any project and then uploads multiples in the wrong places! Please fix or I’m gone for good
