In a loop of hitting “update app” and when I do it goes to the App Store (where it is currently up to date) and it says “open”. When I hit open it takes me to the app and it says “update app”, a loop forever.

The app won't let me open it on 2 devices. It says I need to update when there is no updates for me.

Literally JUST installed the app and after I sign in, it won’t let me do anything because it says I need to update. How do you update am app that JUST got installed.

I’ve used this app before and it’s been relatively easy (although I do recommend a desktop if trying to edit product and product placement etc.). I’m trying to create Christmas cards and every time I go to the app it tells me to update. I’ve updated the app and I still get the same message. I’ve turned my phone off and on again with no luck. The web browser for iPhone does not seem to be working well either (won’t show uploaded photo or changed text on card in preview). If anyone else has had this issue please advise of how you resolved it.

Christmas update keeps redirecting me to update the app when I already did. Can’t even access anything else in the app. It takes me in circles from the Zazzle app to the App Store.. then back around again. PLEASE FIX.

Since the recent update, I have not been able to utilize this app. A pop up appears to saying update despite it being updated. Please fix.

Not sure what the latest updated was intending to fix, but it definitely caused more issues than were resolved. I can’t even use the app. Upon opening, a “Please Update the App” pop-up fills the screen and cannot be exited out of. When I click the “Update” button on the pop-up it just brings me to its App Store page which shows me there is not another update and the only prompt is to “Open” the app so nothing is resolved. This is especially frustrating because I only tried to use the app because the desktop website is not allowing me to edit any designs on literally any product so I’m kind of at a loss. I was looking to order multiple business essentials, but if one of these various issues can’t be resolved soon I’m unfortunately going to have to look for another supplier.

This latest update isn’t working….open app & screen automatically says update app….will not allow you to use the app even after it’s been updated. Please fix this bug.
