It doesn’t allow the customer enough topic areas to explain why they are contacting Zazzle. For example, I ordered 4 shirts, had a question about pricing, was only able to tap “cancel or modify order”, and when I explained my reasoning on the pricing, the order was canceled, all of the order. I didn’t want to cancel the order, just question the pricing. Terrible customer experience. Change this immediately.
Can’t open the app

Whenever I try to open the app I am prompted to update it, and when I try to update it, it won’t update and I am brought again to the prompt to update the app. This is quite senseless.

REVISED- 5 stars down to 2 stars. design function is great. Customer service is awful! 2 of my orders NEVER ARRIVED! I’m changing to Vista Print. App or no app. I want a company with follow through! Just developing my BRAND! Honestly, came to Zazzle as it’s easier to navigate than vista print for me! Great coupons, easy to use my Canva designs, so far so good!!

Only good for making orders, not getting help

I only used Zazzle wants to make an order and it worked fine. But then I got a charge on my credit card that I did not incur and there was no way to reach anyone or send an email about it. So now I have to dispute it with my credit card company and you and that is a hassle. Many of the links that you provide don’t function. Not a great app. And now it won’t even let me post this comment because no matter what I put in as a nickname it tells me it’s already taken.

I’d love to tell you what I think of the app, but unfortunately I can’t use the app because it says I have to update. I can’t because I don’t have version 13.

I’m trying to see what happened to my order that was never delivered and it won’t chat properly so I’ll have to call.
