I’ve been waiting on my package for about two weeks, it told me it was shipping 8 days ago and would take 4 days to get to my house. Well, I looked up the tracking number and according to UPS it hasn’t shipped yet but according to the app it has and I’m very confused.

Ordered business cards over a month ago. First it took 2 weeks longer to ship and after that they shipped it with the slowest service possible. And to kill me package was lost. Covid must have hit them real hard because no other shippers had such issues.
