Not updating after it updated

I honestly love this app. Zazzle is where I purchase all my business stuff and the app is (or was) so convenient and easy. It just did it’s update and now I can’t get it to work. Every time I go into the app I keep seeing across the screen “Please Update”. That so frustrating. You need to fix this ASAP.
The new update

I updated the app but the app keeps telling me to update the app. I am unable to obtain my products now. I deleted the app, turned my phone off and downloaded the app but it’s still giving me the same message. I think the app or update needs some fixing.

Please check out your recent update. I can not get it to download and due to that, it will no longer let me into the app. I think something is wrong with the ability to download the new update. Thank you.

I updated app and after updated I got caught into continuous loop of “update app” and open app.
Search Doesn’t Work

I downloaded this app, deleted it, restarted my phone, and reloaded the app. I’m still having issues. If I click the search bar, the app shuts down. There is no way to report app issues within the app so I’m left leaving a 1 star review. I wouldn’t recommend this app when there are other options like Shutterfly available.
App is great until you need to make acct changes

I’ve wasted an incredible amount of time trying to change my shipping address to our new address. The app sends me in a loop that is crazy making and they just lost my business. I loved our last order but we have moved since then… my gosh! I want to update my shipping address. This shouldn’t take an act of Congress! AND I’m on the west coast looking at their customer service hours of 9am to 5pm EST. Such a simple thing to lose business over!! WHY?!?!?!

Zazzle is an absolutely AMAZING app for shopping. I did all my Christmas shopping on here. You have such great products for low prices. Can’t believe I almost bought a customized mug on Amazon for $35 ??. Great app overall, I have no complaints.
