Functionality a constant problem

App has consistent problems making it difficult to use. Terrible app! It simply doesn’t work and though I have taken the time to tell them the constant challenges zero has been fixed!
No landscape mode for iPad Pro 15”

No landscape mode for iPad Pro 15”. How is one supposed to design on a huge iPad that you have to awkwardly hold in portrait mode?

I’m trying to see my items in my cart, but every time I try ,I see the right picture but different T-shirt style, I’m sure you are a more serious company than that.
Login repeatedly denied

If only it worked! I log in online into my existing Zazzle account just fine (member since 2007). I make purchases and review my shopping cart. I decide to try this app and download it. I open the app and enter my email address EXACTLY as it was entered in the online account. It is THE SAME email that Zazzle uses to send promotions to me. I enter the password that has been perfectly accepted JUST MINUTES AGO at Zazzle online. The app gives me the “I’m not a robot” Captcha test which I complete. The app says either email or PW is incorrect. I try again very carefully but the app insists. I sigh and use “forgot my PW” link in the app despite the fact that I DIDNT forget the bloody PW but whatever. The app happily announces that email was sent. I give it two full hours but the email never arrives. Repeat steps 3 through 7. I don’t want to create a new account just to get the stupid app to work, so I GIVE UP! P. S. Conclusión of all this circus: I get email from Zazzle to – yes, you guessed it, THE VERY SAME email address rejected by the app - reminding me that I “left something behind” so I go back (NOT TO THE APP, BUT ONLINE!) and complete the purchase. So… what do you have to say, Mr. Developer?
Print quality is HORRENDOUS

Zazzle is the epitome of half-effort. Their print quality on many different products is very poor. Color is always off, and there are print lines in EVERY thing. I have tried their products so many times because I always think “maybe this time will be different…” - nope. Use another service.

Not easy to get questions answered, find categories listed in FAQs to allow for easy self service & impossible to get a customer service rep to help with account issue!
Wasted Time

I placed an order for some custom t-shirts. Both t-shirts had a paraphrased quote, one with a name under it. The one with the name, they canceled! Even though it was not a direct quote. Instead of notifying me and giving an option to edit. I reached out and was told I have to remake the shirt. So now I it will not be on time and customer service did nothing to rectify the situation nor the inconvenience. Will NEVER use this service again
