This app opens to a terms of service page where you agree to give up your right to take the developer to court or join a class action if they do you wrong. Keep your rights - do not agree!

Used the order ahead for the first time today. It functioned just like I wanted it to. Can't wait to use it again. A great line hopper without the evil eyes.

I install the app and set everything up. I found ordering was easy, however it would not let me make the choice of in-house or take out and or it would not allow me to add the senior discount. This app needs improvement for ease-of-use
Double charged, corporate is only way to get refund

Placed an order with app, gave error then showed order still needed to be placed. Place order again same error, check card balance double charged, spoke to store manager who stated no possible way to refund 2nd order due to all payments thru app go directly to corporate. Sent numerous emails to corp as instructed by manager with no response. Do not bother, just call the store or go thru drive thru..

The location I frequent is not on the app. I am assuming it's not because they don't offer this option because they are advertising it at the location.
Crashes at checkout consistently

Better to have no app than a frustrating app. Set up large pickup order which crashed in checkout. Repeated failure second time.
Poorly considered

The app is severely limited in customizing orders. No way to NOT order a drink, no way to indicate "buffalo style" on a Wing N Things.

Layout of app is good but there is no way to place a "plate" order without getting a drink. I can do it in the store.

Yes Zaxbys deserves credit for the ease and convenience of ordering from an app. I was very disappointed that I was unable to easily find any nutritional information. Surely I'm not the only one that has to monitor such things to try to make better choices. If not for that, I would rate it 5 stars.
