Took my money . Said Card was declined but still took money out of my account.

Placed my order , and they said the card was “declined” its not in the order history so it didn’t go through but it still managed to take my money ? I want my $10.77 back!! $11.00 gone ..

Downloaded a few days ago and can't even get the app to stay open. It immediately shuts down. Have iOS 10.1 Will be deleting.

I use to order fine on the app back in August but now the app just opens and closes automatically, this is a serious problem and should be fixed immediately
