Double charged, corporate is only way to get refund – Zaxby's Review

Placed an order with app, gave error then showed order still needed to be placed. Place order again same error, check card balance double charged, spoke to store manager who stated no possible way to refund 2nd order due to all payments thru app go directly to corporate. Sent numerous emails to corp as instructed by manager with no response. Do not bother, just call the store or go thru drive thru..
