This app is terrible. Not user friendly at all. Not organized well. I had to enter my order 3 times before it would let me submit it.
This is a good quick app for getting a quick meal at Zaxby’s without standing in line at the drive-through
I downloaded the app to place an order last night but wasn’t able to complete my order and just went through the drive-thru. The app was easy to use for the rest of my family’s meals, but I have a gluten allergy and I can’t have the fried onions and toast on my salad. There’s a way to customize the salad to take the fried onions off, but the only options for the toast is “Toast” or “Dry Toast”; there’s no option for “No Toast.” Can you please add an option to remove the toast and also a space to fill in “Special Directions” or something similar on each of the individual meal items?
I had an order placed on my account in a different state. I wouldn’t have known about it had I not checked my account this morning. This APP is not safely secured. Hard to find a way to get in-touch with tech support to inform them of this breach. I definitely won’t be ordering from the app again.
I think this is one of the best fast food apps I’ve ever seen easy to order super easy to roll up pick up your food the curbside and leave
I placed my order this morning for pick up at 3:30 this afternoon. They my order at 7:30 AM!!!! When I came to pick up my order was not ready. Very disappointed in service!
I ordered my family food and it said that it would be ready quick and with no hassle. It said it would be ready in 15 mins and it took almost a hour to get my food and I’m really disappointed on the service. If I knew it would take that long I would have took the drive through or ordered it in person. I will never use the app ever again and I rather go some where else.
Love Zaxby’s but sometimes the app is slow to finish the order and gives an error but if you wait it will finish. Maybe just an upgrade is needed. Love going through and y order being ready!!
Why have an app if the store won’t let you use it!!!! I downloaded it and first four orders were fine (loved the order same as last time). But it hasn’t worked since Dec 7. There are multiple fast food restaurants in our area whose app works perfectly - we will be giving them our business until this app gets fixed
I placed a mobile order. Estimated time when it would be ready: 10 minutes (per the app & the email confirmation). Actual time when it was ready: 34 minutes. No apology for the delay, just multiple store employees frustrated with me because the order confirmation doesn’t show my name, as if I have any control over it! There was another woman waiting equally long for her mobile order, and only one other customer ordering inside. Clearly they prioritize the drive thru above all else and didn’t even bother to look at what mobile orders had come in. There’s a reason why I always choose Chickfila, and it’s not necessarily based on the food, because I do like Zaxby’s. But customer service matters and this was not the first time either.
