Terrible App

You cannot even look at the menu without making a login. Terrible design.

At some point , Every time I tried to order it said this location wasn’t accepting orders or some other error . I’ve tried multiple Zaxby’s . One time I even got charged despite them saying the order didn’t go through . Smh . Of course there’s no way to cancel an order after the fact which is odd considering other apps have that feature .

Needs more options like the ability to add a sauce to a salad “roll in tongue touch” Half $ half tea

Drive thru is very slow and no curb side pick up. I see why zaxbys is failing in service! The food is great, but I will consider another place next time

Order my food and it was scheduled to be ready at 106,I called at 104 told them I was outside.I called at 111 and was told it was being packed up to be brought out. At 117 when I called back the order came out the door. Fries burnt and cold. Chicken cold. Manager came out at 120. Vowed to remake the order. We’ll see it’s 127
Can’t specify curbside pickup

Love the app however you can’t specify curbside pickup so you still have to go in or through the drive thru.
We need rewards

I like that we can order through the app but wish there were more rewards let’s get points when we order and then when we have enough for an item we can redeem them for free stuff as we buy from y’all we just scan/order from the app and get nothing we need more rewards I like Zaxby’s but the app please improve thank you
Why aren’t the wings on the app??!!!

I use this app all the time when I order from Zaxby’s. I’m not sure if it’s a glitch but, the option to order anything that has to do with bone in chicken is no longer on the app! Everything on it now is either chicken strips or boneless wings. I had to call to make sure they still sold bone in wings. I’ll change my rating once that’s fixed.
