They have a lot more combinations on this app then they show u on their menu board... love this app! I order n pay n pick up in 5 sec n go! Online ordering is the future

Online ordering: no clue on customer experience

This is the second time I've tried the app, online orders are never ready when you come into the store to pick up it is very difficult to pick up the order (it takes away from the point- savannah no time)additionally it is also a waste of time and energy, you'll find it more easier to go into the store to place an order. I waited and had over seven individuals have the orders ahead of mine! It defeats the object I would not recommend the app.

I've used the app twice and usually the orders come out as ordered, but not 100% of the time. That's not the app's fault. However, pricing on the app doesn't always reflect the same as in restaurant. For example, if I pick water on a Wings n Things, I'm charged full price for the drink. Free in the restaurant. Little things like that encourage me not to use the app.

The point of a mobile ordering app is to have your food ready when you arrive for convenience. 5 customers came in to ordered and had their food before I receive mine.

Outdated locations

New Zaxby's location opened up a year ago and still doesn't show up on app map - can't pre-order because of it. Please update.

Nice app and easy to use. Unfortunately, will not use again until policies are updated. Currently required to go inside for online order pickup...can not use the drive thru. You are required to stand in line for pickup. A little ridiculous since the reason I used the app was to save time.

App crashes

Love Zaxbys... hate waiting inline for chicken fingers. App crashes when purchasing. Fix it so I don't have to wait for chicken finger. Simple. Thanks. Update 7/5- still terrible interface, crashes when putting cc info. Come on...get better. I believe in you? Update 9/1 still can't actually complete the transaction....so why even have an app?...Chick-fil-As work perfect BTW.
