i dont hate this app but can you guys please revert the comment section location. it was easier to press the x when looking at a comment section & to scroll down now you have to actually tap more stuff which makes it worse for your accessibility options. if anything give the users the choice to pick between one or the other (old and new comment section change)

I had the app and I loved it and then my friend connected me to his account and deleted mine it just ruined everything I can’t get back and I’m mad and really upset I was subbed to over 100 people and to my cousin with autism but I raged and deleted ( I am his only active sub) and this just ruin it because I deleted I know it also his fault but the has to be better security I really did love the app but poor decorum it?

Recommendations are broken

I’ve used YouTube for years, and I’ve loved it, but recently it’s become so kid friendly that all my recommendations are videos that are more kid friendly. In all fairness, recent legislation has made it very difficult for platforms like YouTube to not promote kid friendly content and create stricter rules, but I’m noticing that it’s starting to kill some of my favorite channels or at the very least kill the creators enjoyment of posting videos on a regular basis. I haven’t found any new channels in a long time as well because I’m not getting recommendations that reflect my interests or are just so kid oriented that they just don’t appeal to me.

Thanks for nothing YouTube.

I had 500 plus liked YouTube videos and YouTube signed me out and when I signed in with the same account I had a diminishing liked play list that deleted its self as I refeshed my screen by the hundreds all the years I’ve been collecting beats to nothing In moments heart breaking my sound cloud like list from 2013 is still able to be accessed but YouTube is lacking and I hope there is another video software that puts you out of business one day !

the buttons go off screen so unless i click on a video i won’t be able to save a video to a playlist

There are too many poor design decisions in this app. Example, why does it take three gestures to close a full screen video? Ridiculous.

Bring back the swipe feature!

YouTube’s interface has always been next level, and sometimes you accidentally click away from a video you were really enjoying. It happens. But they took away the option to just swipe back to exactly where you left off and I never knew how handy that was! Bring it back pls
