I have iphone 7 im unable able to log back into app .. when i click on app to log back it it just stays on the texas health benefit screen

Does not tell me if or when uploaded files were received and/or reviewed. My case just says pending but does not tell what is needed to move forward - when I called and finally talked to someone they could not tell me what I needed either. Like most Texas programs - this app is not made for the user to easily navigate and follow through with appropriate information.

Having problems with glitching

Only issue is the app for smart phone was glitching or not allowing to scroll down to hit the next button on one of pages completed my renewal on home computer
