It is now September 19th 2021 , and your app still says “under maintenance come back SEPTEMBER 11th 2021 after 11:00pm” ..... soooo why can’t I use the app 2 weeks later ?
Very helpful if you don’t like waiting 45 min on hold

3 months to review renewal

I submitted a renewal in JUNE and never heard from anyone til September. Now ya’ll are asking for forms but won’t tell me what forms to send. Making me lose benefits I was entitled to for 2 going on 3 months. Have tried calling and waited 4+ hours just to waste my time

Disappointed with state. I’m a great grandma raising my great grandson cause his parents are not responsible as of September 6,2019. He was placed with me through CPS and just because I volunteer took him in I don’t receive benefits. I struggle paying rent and utilities. I’m not asking a lot just snap and his TANF benefits. Texas benefits has help my little girl an I every time we have needed help the agents care about The Who need help they work and help get the help you need . We would like to thank all I he works that work for human Services for being there an going that extra mile to care enough of our children .
