Complicated and primitive – Your Texas Benefits Review

Does not tell me if or when uploaded files were received and/or reviewed. My case just says pending but does not tell what is needed to move forward - when I called and finally talked to someone they could not tell me what I needed either. Like most Texas programs - this app is not made for the user to easily navigate and follow through with appropriate information.
