App isn’t very helpful and neither are the representatives. App doesn’t allow me to renew my child health benefits. Whenever I call the wait time is extremely long. I never get a straight answer. Spend a hour on hold and when I finally get to speak to someone they can’t help me and transfer me to another representative.

It’s been years that I’m trying to use the app and it’s never working for me. Different phones, different times, different moods and not, not can not upload files or manage my case. I’m done, I have to do it the same way, by the web and paper.

It’s very easy and convenient most people aren’t able to get a ride or even have a car to always be able to provide the information they YOUR LOCAL human services building would need with you being able too send things threw the app it’s PERFECT ?

I am attempting to change my password on the app as a safety precaution. I’ve had the same password for a very long time and when I use the “Change Password” setting in the app it keeps telling me I can’t use a password that I’ve used in the past. I’ve never ever changed my password before so this has to be a glitch. Also, the app’s missing many features.. An app is supposed to be convenient so that many won’t have to use the desktop site. However, I still have to go to the browser to check card balance AND renew benefits. In the app it says “renew benefits” but it redirects you to the website. Letters and Forms can’t be view via app. It’s almost a waste of space. The app is ONLY good for uploading docs. That’s it.

I was stressing so much First I didn’t get the mail the children had put it away I knew I had to be quick with the paperwork and I’ve been stressing because I didn’t know about How to come up with nine dollars to send the paperwork in. This app was so easy for people that don’t know that much about computers like me I am very impressed hopefully I can figure out how not to use this service but the system for too long and they waited as long as I could. I believe mainly for pride but we ate very good this month and I was just so glad that I could get fresh vegetables again thank you all for your help. Love grandma in need.

I’m wanting to download this app to help make it easier to do paperwork but it is wanting my credit card info?? Why would y’all need this info? This makes me not trust the app.
