I like it

Jassher1114

I like having the app but it should be more useful as far as setting appointments, and receiving notices, etc.

This app

shiraep

This app his made things like 100 On getting paperwork in thanks for this

Needs some work

Danaelay

Often times it says the system cannot update and to try again. It’s disappointing when I’m trying to submit something important. Other than that it is easy to use.

Application fail

bshdhdjehejdld

Its going to be my 3rd try to send an application, been calling to check a update on it, and its no where to be found! So has to send another one, send for 2nd time fist they said they got it, call again and no where to be found, so need to send my 3rd one!!! Extremely frustrating!!!

Uploading is easier

Shera15

Using the app is easier than submitting files online. Unfortunately, the camera is tricky. I hope my pictures of each file come out correctly.

Incomplete

Anticlast

Does not support applying for benefits. Supported functions work well.

Froze

blahsieblahsie

The app is froze and I am unable to view or interact in the app.

Slow

steph2996

The page is very slow most of the time. Sometimes it’s down completely at the times when I need to use it.

Account issues

YuppyLady123

I had to go up to the office a few times and have my password reset by an employee. When logging in to my account using the app I would be sent to a page to enter my SSN and my case number, after which I would be sent back to the login page. The fault app would give me a warning pop up that my account already existed? Eventually it ended up messing up my online account when using a web browser. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and web browsers but ultimately I just ended up having to go into the office to submit anything extra. Finally an employee told me she could reset it. It worked and now I’m able to use the app, which is alright, but I’m still not over the stress and inconvenience of the first week trying to deal with the broken app.
