This app doesn’t work properly. It’s a step above the completely useless website. When I called for help I was told to just go to the office.

I’ve never been able to renew my Benefits through this app. I get a message saying system error & match was not found. Then I come to find out they don’t have a tech support. The app doesn’t deserve not one star.
Completely useless.

Useless. Sent needed documents through this app months ago (February) CHIP claims they never received them. Total pain in the butt.

Application works wonderful for uploading documents. I am a victim of identity theft and insurance fraud. I’m trying to utilize the fastest way to send over documentation to not loose benefits, the app no longer works. Could be the Government never want to see any one make it. Make sure to keep paper trial. Up until now the application was a success for me.

It won’t let you fill your entire form so I still have to go to the library but it does take pictures
