Can be better – Your Texas Benefits Review

I am attempting to change my password on the app as a safety precaution. I’ve had the same password for a very long time and when I use the “Change Password” setting in the app it keeps telling me I can’t use a password that I’ve used in the past. I’ve never ever changed my password before so this has to be a glitch. Also, the app’s missing many features.. An app is supposed to be convenient so that many won’t have to use the desktop site. However, I still have to go to the browser to check card balance AND renew benefits. In the app it says “renew benefits” but it redirects you to the website. Letters and Forms can’t be view via app. It’s almost a waste of space. The app is ONLY good for uploading docs. That’s it.
