I’ve updated my app and every since then I can’t log in. It’s been telling me that my app is updating. I have things I need to upload and send but can’t use the app...??.

i had to pay for the app but upon looking at it before downloading, it didn’t say anything about paying for the app so i could be able to use it until i receive a bank notice telling me apple had taken out $4.99

I could put food on my table for my daughters, hope we could get health, insurance (medical, Medicare, CHIP) any service that can be provided for my daughters to be cover in case of any emergency or school related Physical exam requirement.
