This app needs to be fixed can’t get past the security question because it’s blank get it working ??really bad app to use !! Not satisfied can’t even get past the security question fix this now !!!!

I’ve downloaded the app, trying to get my Foodstamp’s renewed. & after I put my dob and my ssn it doesn’t let me continue. It says something about answering questions. And there are No Questions. I’ve seen that’s it’s not only happening to me. I’ve tried doing this a few months back and it seems that the error hasn’t been fixed.
