I downloaded it for my father and when trying to create a password and such, the app says to please answer the following security questions or something like that and it didn’t show me the questions. It stops at that. I even tried uninstalling it and installing it again and still did the same thing. I ended up just not using it. Unfortunately there is no option to get help from anyone. And why in the hell do I have to pick a nickname in order to send this review. Now I’m having to figure out how to come up with one that isn’t in use!
Think my tax money would be used to create a better app

It was great to see HHSC use a very easy and clean app to facilitate the application process. I had one day left before the deadline and got me worried how I could send them but when I found out about the app and I could upload the files, I was relieved and was able to upload them with ease.
