This is the best app ever! It's easy and more convenice for people who don't have a car. It saves time and you can instantly upload all your information fast and easy without going into the office! Thanks for this app and it helps me out alot!

It’d be nice if this and lots of other apps used facial recognition. Also believe it’d help lots of people and lots of apps from getting hacked.
Messages and Forms section

The forms and letters section. Never actually have forms and letters! I'll get a text saying to go to my messages and nothing is there. So, I have to call and wait on the phone for a good 30 minutes because if you do not comply, I will be cancelled. I am a newly divorced mother of three. I moved 15 hours away to start a new life. My first step was to apply for the SNAP and insurance. This is very inconvenient for a person on the go! Then, the first thing they say is. "It's on the website or in the app...", dissmissing my whole 30 minute wait time. No it's not! Also, you can’t add photos or forms on the app. But you CAN do it on the website.
