It’s absolutely ridiculous how much this app breaks down or need maintenance. I’m in the store trying to buy something making sureño have enough money in checking can’t even check to do that. Do better!!!!! You guys don’t even deserve a star.

My return to Y-12

I went to my local Y-12 office today in Clinton and was apprehensive about re-opening an old account with the credit Union but Cheyenne Strong was very professional and caring and actually made my day! She guided me through everything and was the perfect consultant I needed to assure me my decision to return to Y-12 was the right one!

I went to the app here recently and it won’t let me access it. It gives a weird response and won’t let me sign in.

I do not like the fact that the mobile deposit option is separate from the mobile banking. You have to log in to each one. I also cannot log in to mobile deposits, because it's not bringing up my keyboard. Why send out an app that can't be used properly? Let me know when you work out a fix

I was really excited to use the deposit option today, however the keyboard won't open so I can't even log in.

I was really excited when they announced mobile deposit, then sadly disappointed. It is such a hassle to log in. Half of the time the keyboard will not show. It seems like the app only takes you to a separate website instead of doing everything within the app. It would be nice if the app could authenticate you by the fingerprint scanner instead of me having to type in my username and password every time. At least remember my user name like the previous app.

While everything works on the new updated banking app. It falls short in the navigation and ease of use department. My main problem with this updated app is that on my iPhone 6 when I go to “Mobile Banking” to enter my Username the keypad does not always show up. Wow! Hey, guys it is hard to type in your username and password when you can not see the keyboard. I have to cut and past my user name and PW to log in L Once you have logged it to mobile banking it is the same old user interface nothing exciting to see here. Now, you decide you want to deposit a check. You have to “Confirm! Are you sure you want to exit Mobil Banking” and it goes back to the new user interface. Tap Mobil Deposit and here we go again another login screen where the keyboard may or may not show up. If it does, you will notice it zooms in so much you can’t read the screen. Again, while it works and does what they say it will. It is obviously just a new screen interface with a myriad of applications (not all done by the same company) tied together with a simple interface. Also, you will notice the two new banners at the top and bottom of the screen. They are so blurry it looks like my old Commodore 64 graphics. The Y12 logo is the same way. With the ultra high resolution screens on mobile device you would think they would not put such crappy graphics on the screen. The splash (opening screen when you start the app) is very nice. That is where it good looks end. The picture taking in the mobile deposit part of this app needs to lock the screen orientation so you don’t have to play which way to I hold the phone. When you go to review deposits it puts graphics over the pending deposit text. Once you leave the mobile deposit screen and return the main screen, if you want to go back to Mobile Banking or Mobile Deposit you have to login again, dismissing those annoying “Confirm!” boxes. This app is also noticeably slow. My other banking apps are far quicker and much easer to navigate. The other apps let you login in once, take care of Business then logout (they have actual logout buttons) Thanks for the Mobile Deposit feature that was way over due and lets hope the next revision gets Y12 closer to Mobile Banking standard set by other institutions.
