Firstly, I've been waiting for an update since I heard that there was going to be an option for mobile deposits. Was it necessary to make a new app instead of an update to the old one? I had no idea that it had been released. The old one is waaaaaaaay better than whatever you call this thing. I'll still be using the old one. Secondly, did you hire 5 year olds to develop this app. The interface looks horrible and it's extremely buggy. Lastly, are you really going to make me look at the 100% mortgage add the entire time I'm in the app? Did you realize the people your targeting with this add are already customers. Way to drive your existing customers away. Bad marketing. Bad mobile banking app. I'm very disappointed in Y12 for releasing this in its current state. Hopefully, you have fired whoever made this.

This ap seems like it was created by a child...all you needed to do was add mobile deposit feature to your old ap to make it perfect!! Its has been long enough now that the bugs should have been fixed...get with it people!! Love the mobile deposit when the keyboard will come up to sign in!!!

I would love to have the option to use this app, but it won't pull up my keyboard so I can enter my info. I knew better than to download this app. The last attempt at an app was horrible. Hire better tech people. This is pathetic. Fix the bug before I switch banks.
Frustrating & Inconvenient

This new app is so inconvenient and I absolutely hate it. First of all it won't even allow me to use my keyboard to sign in, I have to click to go to the full site! Which, by the way, takes much longer because you have to zoom in on everything!!! I would much rather have the old app back , it took 30 secs to check my account! Now it takes 5 minutes! I'm so disappointed , too much frustration!!!
Exciting potential, failed execution

I, like many others, have the issue where the keyboard will not appear. I worked in technical support for years, so I thought it might be my iPhone. I have an iPhone 5S with iOS 8.1. I have a solid backup so I decided that prior to the review I would restore my iPhone and set it up as new to be sure the issue was not related to the iPhone. Even after all of that, I attempted to use the App, and no luck with the keyboard. It seems totally random as to when the keyboard will appear and when it won't. Until the bugs are worked out, this app is not worth downloading. Hopefully an update will resolve the issues!

I originally had this app a year or so ago, and it never worked. It was always crashing. Then, when it would work, it would never allow me to log in. So I deleted it. Well, a month ago I heard a commercial on the radio for the app and they mentioned mobile deposit, so I thought why not, right? Turns out it's wonderful now! New interface, it lets me log in without problems, and I love the mobile deposit function! Word of advice: when you deposit a check before 10 am, it will show up after 10 am. If you deposit one after 10 am, it will show up after 3 pm. That's just how it works. The only problem I have with this app is that I really wish it had alerts to let you know if there are any changes made to your account (ex: when it gets below a certain amount or if there's suspicious activity). That would definitely be helpful. Other than that, this is a great app!
Just a mobile website that's hardly styled

This is mainly just mobile webpages loaded in the app window. And barely has any styling to it. Definitely needs improvement

All this does is load the mobile app. I can do that with Chrome a lot easier.

This is app is basically a shortcut to the mobile webpage. The app starts up with a great HD picture, but then goes to a generic looking screen with basic icons that take you to the mobile webpage or full site if you choose. If all of the functions they are trying to add were built into the app and not linked to the mobile site, this app would be a 5 star mobile banking app. Not to mention it longer to load than the previous app. The old app for y12 works amazing. Like the old says, if it's not broke, don't fix it. They should just improve on the old version and add on to the existing platform. I will continue to use the old app until they discontinue the use of it.
