This is the best banking app I've ever used! Y-12 is the best credit union in town, and now they finally have an app that is better than the rest. I can do everything I need to, and it's super easy! I don't think I'll ever need to go to a branch again... Except to say "hi" and "thanks for the awesome app!"

The app is more user friendly and I love the thumbprint feature. Has a great look to it and love that the mobile deposit is together with a single sign on!

I really want to love this app, but the mobile deposit for checks is the worst. Worked great when I first got the app, but now it takes about ten tries before it accepts it, if it does at all.

Worst App Ever!

This has to be the worst app I have ever tried to use. I tried to log on multiple times and every time it was the same outcome support code 15500. Which means wrong username and password. I have deleted and redownloaded the app several times and always, always, always the same thing. I have even tried their online loan payment center and omg what a nightmare of a website that is, how am I supposed to make my payment when I can't even log on to their website or their mobile app?? I wish I could give them 0 stars. Get it together Y-12

Working through some serious issues in the recent months it was like riding a nuclear powered rollercoaster. To their credit Y-12 Federal Credit Union has stood in there by my side for every loving turn of the screws. Ultimately, it was this apps’ reluctance to continue on in the face of the dissonant environment I had wrought for myself which caused me to finally admit I was in over my head security-wise. There were entirely too many entities vying for the data I was and continue to generate. I now entrust my chosen partners to each his own specialty and strive to maintain a clear lineage of duties and responsibilities. You’ll find nary a tool more secure (short of a coffee can under the bed that is ?) within the extent of the varied world-wide App Stores.

With their new upgrade, Y-12 Federal Credit Union has successfully built an app for the modern day banker. Login with Bio-metrics! Mobile Deposit is back and better than before! Card control for credit and debit cards! They have also made it easier to transfer money between accounts, make loan/mortgage payments and set up bill pay. With a user friendly interface, that have integrated several tools to help manger you money. Such as My$Manager, Apple Pay and CURewards. This app is the best and Y-12 has successfully become a technology integrated credit union to who I look forward to banking with for many years to come.
